I-485 Message Change

I think for all pending I-140 and I-485application the message has changed.

I-140-Process Time 30-60 days

I-485-Process Time-30-90 Days

Must be a problem with their system:D
 
Processing Time

I got the same message...both online and on the phone system. lets hope that it is true... :D
 
I just called USCIS and they agreed that it was a simple error in their system. It is not 30-90 days. They are correcting the error. As per what they told me, it has to be 30-90 months....

Just Kidding..


It might be a mistake and we will soon see the message as earlier 899-900 Days to process this type of cases........

Changed Processing Time

the processing time has gone back to the original one

I-140 150-180 days
I-485 570-600 days

atleast that's what my case status states.
 
Mine stayed the same. Could it be that they made up their mind based on RD and processing time? my attorney said that they are seeing more cases approved lately. :confused:
 
you mean your processing time is 30-60 days for I-140 and 60-90 days for I-485??

what's your RD and ND?
 
naaaa.....i'm still showing 570-600 days....my RD is 1/9/03. I am yet to see the light...
