I-485 Message Change

I think for all pending I-140 and I-485application the message has changed.

I-140-Process Time 30-60 days

I-485-Process Time-30-90 Days

Must be a problem with their system:D
 
I guess there should have been an extra 0

Most of us have already been waiting for more than 450 days now.
 
I dont think its ALL application ......
In NSC there are bunch of people who are reporting that their msg did not change

I wish my status changed to "Approved" Is this what is known as taking the first step towards reducing the backlogs...:rolleyes: :rolleyes:

Well, my status (primary applicant) changed to 30-90 days. My wife's (dependent) status hasn't changed . Still shows the FP1 received and processing resumed.

It sounds like for those cases were it was touched for some reason, such as RFE, FP2 or whatever then the processing time has changed to 30 to 90 days. Remaining cases no change. My 2 cents...
 
Nope. In my case there hasnt been any RFE or FP so far still message changed so it must be something else
 
I believe it is a new bug in BCIS system. Defenitely it cant be 90 days as we have passed almost 20 mos since our filing.... I would only expect an increase in the processing times.
