I-485 Medical Tests

Given that I-485 Medical Tests are valid for one year, I wonder if all I-485 WAC-01 with RD/ND before ~Nov 2001 will get a RFE asking for a fresh I-693 ?

There is no fee for this form, hence INS is not interested in a new one.

INS does not ask for another medical exam. Medical expires if you don't apply 485 within (I think) 6 months of examination.

..........The results of the medical examination are generally valid for only 12 months. Applicants should schedule the medical examination as close as possible to the time you file for Adjustment of Status.....

does it mean that once you have applied for I-485 within 12 months of medical examination, it stays valid till the application is adjudicated ? Maybe I am not reading it right and hope this does not trigger any RFEs ... RFE means more delay, more pain and more of everything u don't want from INS...Good Luck Folks!
