I-485 medical exam not meet requirements

I did my medical exam last week, one of the vaccines(TD)
requires three shots, six months apart. I only had two shots at the time of exam last week, can't do the third one until Oct, 2003.

The doctor's report mentioned insufficient time interval, and
the results she checked for I-693 are:
applicant may be eligible for blanket waiver(s) as indicated above
applicant does not meet immunization requirements.

Will this cause problem with my I-485? I think the Doctor
shouldn't check "applicant does not meet immunization requirements." what should I do?

I think you should be fine, I think mine also said

applicant may be eligible for blanket waiver(s) as indicated above
and not sufficent time between TD vaccines, was also checked, but that is normal as i think, so don't worry and be happy.

mine I-485 is not approved yet, but i think when i asked doctor, he told me everything is fine, and i don't need second vaccine.

keep fingure crossed, best thing is call the doctor and asked explanation.
