I-485 Medical Exam in Chicago area

I am also looking
While submitting 485 applications in Nov 2003, I did not do my medical. Now I think I should keep it ready as it may be needed anytime.
I've spoken to a few doctors/clinics and the charges vary between $275 and $450 per person that includes tests and office visit and required vaccination. None of them is willing to accept insurance plans.
Can someone suggest if the charges are reasonable or need to shop more.

You may have to make several calls before you find a lesser priced one. This medical exam is not covered by your insurance. You might find price ranges between 150-600$. I paid $200 for everything (The xrays were covered by my insurance) and i know people who have done it for $150. Try different zip codes around your area, you will find someone for a less price.
