I-485 LUD changed -- What does it mean?

Hi,

I am on vacation in India, LUD of my 485 changed on 6/24/2005. I don't see any change in the status. Does it mean that I have received an RFE?

Who receives the RFE notice, me or my attorney. How much time does CIS give to respond to RFE's. I will be back in US on July 19.

Priority Date: Aug 2001
I-140 & I-485 concurrent (Feb 2004)
I-140 Approved - Feb 2005

a mere lud change but no status change may not mean anything. if there was a rfe then the status wuld change ..(ideal conditions).

RFE usually goes to the attorney and for answering the 485 RFE i thnk you will be given 90 days time.
