I-485 LUD changed 2 days in row

Hi friends,

I did FP on 09/09/04 ( Scheduled no 09/01/04). LUD change on 09/16/04 saying FP Received. After that it changed on 09/28/04 and 09/29/04. no change on I-485 message.

I don't knw wht s gong on ? DId any one know experience same thing ?

Mine too

Early FP2, done on 09/25 (Sch on 10/08)

LUD changed 3 days consecutively, on 27th, 28th, 29th with no other change what so ever.

LUD Changed

My LUD got updated yesterday but the message did not change...
08/18/04 - msg - On August 17, 2004, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made.
09/30/04 - msg - same as above.
Not sure but may be for FOIA request which I did couple of days back. That might be the reason of changing LUD.

Hello Sanju your case might trigger over the weekned, i mean they probably approved. So tighten your seat belt..............................
 
Sanju if ur not married better bring the girl immediately as ur I 485 app in 1 week

The LUD change in 485 means Good news is in store and close withing few days.

I just got my I 485 last week i have seen all these changes.

Its part time.
 
My 485 LUD also changed on 9/27/04 and 9/28/04. Till now message didn't change...I am in a situation that my wife is in India with h4 visa and coming in 3 weeks to file AOS........I don't know what to do now...

Our LUD's (for both myself and spouse) also changed in two days a row without any change in status/message.

Don't worry about LUD changes. Please do not focus on LUD changes until you get a notice or RFE or online messages. If you think it takes longer than processing times, please contact your lawyer or your local congressman or senator.

LUD won't help you.

Did your LUD Change saying first finger printing message received ?
After 1 FP , how many times did your LUD change ?

Like I said, do not focus on LUD too much until you get your online message or RFE or any notices such as transfer notice, approval notice, notice of denying your case, fp notice, confirmation of change of address notice, etc.

so please be patient and do not trust LUD because sometimes LUDs don't change or update or message doesn't show up sometimes.

any update on these 2 days LUD change?

anybody got approved/RFE or message change after 2 days LUD change ????? My message remiains same....
 
After my 2 days in-a-row I-485 LUD change (10/5 and 10/6), the following 2 events occured:

1) 3rd EAD (I-765) approval: 10/07/04

2) 3rd AP approval: 10/12/04 (Today!)

I-485 message remains the same (FP1 recd ....) and LUD is 10/06/04

Confused, and dont know why I-485 LUD changed :confused:
