I-485 Lud 12/30/06??

I saw an LUD on my case on 12/29/06 with message change as we receive response to RFE on07/06 same as before with additional line like if you do not receive response /update in 60 days call us back did any body get this kind of LUD recently I also change my address few days back???PD is 07/2002 EB3 INDIA.Today I talked at NSC customer service lady told me my case is forwarded to i.e assigned to an officer & call back in 30 days.any clue???? whats going on ???

Preadjudication may be.. That is good sign I think .. BTW could you please tell us what is your RFE?
 
I-485 Lud on 01/03/06 also

Hi!

Again there is an LUD on 01/03/06 for me & my wife.My RFe was Picture ID submitted in july-06 & for wife Medical submitted on 12/28/06.why these lud's though no PD also it may be because of address change. ????
