My lawyer says that my NIW looks more better than EB1-EA. Anyways, i filed my EB1-EA using efiling and went to TSC couple of days ago.
I think to file I-485 becuase it is current for India. I am just 50% positive that my I-140 of EB1-EA might be approved. But i am willing to take the risk in filing I-485. After all, i will lose the filing fee.
My question now is...
I would file NIW (EB2) and if it gets approved, can i link the I-485 of EB1-EA with the approved I-140 of NIW?
