Folks,

I know we are all upset about this backlog...

Can someone predict when I might get a response based on the below dates...

This might be a million dollar question..just asking...Throw your assumptions..

DETAILS:

LABOR PD-JUNE 2002 - EB3
I-140/485 - 12/19/03 - RD
02/07/05 - I-140 RFE
02/17/05 - REPLIED RFE
03/09/05 - I-140 APPROVED
FP CODE-2 DONE - 09/13/05
I-485 LUD CHANGE - 09/13/05,09/14/05 FOR PAST TWO DAYS
I-485 WAITING...

To be honest i dont see us getting approved any time before May -june 2006 ... that too i'm very optimistic ...... assuming that there is no bill passed by senate .... or some dramatic steps announced by DOS ... i will be happy even if i get by dec 2006 ...

Apart from any pro bill passage the only thing which can help all of us is that DOS should stop labor substitution cases . If they do that then the movement of dates will be faster in FUTURE .

It will be june 2008 at the least.

The backlog is clearing fast and substitute labor of 2000-2001 is being sold like hot cakes.

there will be 1000's of substitute labor applicaitons that will jump the queue and take up all the visa numbers.

theres no hope in the next 3 years at the least.
