Hi:
I am still waiting for my I-485 approval (filed June 2004) and I have a EB-2 category. My priority date is Dec 01. Looks like my visa is stuck in name check and I am not getting any more information.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
I got an email that my fingerprints have been reviewed, but a check is pending.
Also, I left my last employer (who filed my green card), so I do not have any immigration attorney representing me anymore. Does anyone know if that has a effect.
I do know my case is getting quite behind schedule, so it is definitely upsetting, as I am sure many others are with the long wait.
