The following are the details of my I 140 petition (EB1/Vermont Service Center)
RD: Dec 19, 2002
ND: Dec 20, 2002
I am now ready to apply for the I 485.
My husband's labor certification will probably come through in a month or two (Nebraska Service Center).
Can we apply for a concurrent I 140/485 through his employer (Nebraska), at the same time mine is going on at Vermont?
