This may sound strange but is it better to wait till 15th of July 2007 for the August 2007 bulletin and then ...
a) If dates are current for august 2007 also, apply I-485 in august 2007 (Because there is no EAD or AP renewal fees till I-485 is adjudicated)
or
b) If dates are not current for august 2007, just apply in July 3rd or 4th week for I-485.
This is because, after retrogression predicted in october, like all our earlier friends were waiting by renewing EAD/AP every year if we have to wait for next number of years, would like to have someones insight as to whether it is worth to take the above gamble of waiting till third week of July and apply?
