I-485 interview question, pls help

Got notice for I-485 interview. This is a NIW case and my question is: I have changed 3 jobs after filed I-485, does INS just care my current job to see is it same to the one I had for I-140 approval, or I need to get all the previous employment letters. Thanks.
 
Not sure about the NIW cases but for EB based 485, when a person change jobs, AC21 regulation must be used to satisfy the law. You may probably check with your attorney. I don't think just employement letter from previous employers will satisfy the law requirement.
