I-485 interview question, pls help

Got notice for I-485 interview. This is a NIW case and my question is: I have changed 3 jobs after filed I-485, does INS just care my current job to see is it same to the one I had for I-140 approval, or I need to get all the previous employment letters. Thanks.
 
I don't have any experience in this regard. However, I believe it would be better if you could collect all employment letters to show that you have been in similar (to I-140 arguments) work functions all the time.

Which state do you live in? What are your RD and transfer dates? Which local center will conduct your interview? Also, please don't forget to post your interview experience after it's done.
