I-485 interview & I-864

Hi, finally I got the interview notice from San diego office. the notice says I need to complete I-864 Affidavit of Support. But the form instruction says that only sponsor can file I-864. in my case, I petitioned for myself (National Intersest Waiver, employment-based), then who should complete I-864, or I may not need it at all?

The I-864 instruction says that the sponsor must be either a citizen or an alien lawfully admitted to US for permanent residence. And the interview notice also states that I need to provide proof of sponsor's lawful permanent resident status or US citizenship. So I think I donot qualify as a sponsor myself.

another question regarding Medical Exam. the interview notice syas that I need to complete form I-693, Medical Exam (unless submitted at time of filing), so I seems that I don't need to bring another medical exam result with me because I have submitted at the time of I-485 filing. what suggestion do you have about this? I heard that some people always recommended to bring another one. My old one was done in 2001, is it too old?

I have a question for you
My wife filed as NIW EB 2 through current employer. we got I140 approved and waiting for I485 interview notice. I have been trying to get a better picture about what apply for NIW at the time for interview, letters of employment?? afidavit for support, like your case?? matters to be employed at time of interview??
please let me know dates of your aplication !!
