We finished our I-485 interview at our local office in Denver on Friday.
But the officer could'nt approve our cases because
1) Our FP expired 3 weeks ago (Did again the same day at a nearby INS office)
2) Spouse's Immunization is pending. (have an appt tommorrow)
Hopefully once the FP and Immunization records reach the officer, our cases would get approval soon.
We were asked to bring just the employment letter and the interview letter.
Questions asked in the interview:

1) Our full names
2) Date/place of birth
3) Employment letter
4) Did a FP and signed on a piecde of paper
5) Date of first and last entry into U.S.
6) child's place/date of birth
7) Took copies of our marriage cert and passport pages
The officer said he'll make a decision once the FP and medical records are made available to him...
Just when we thought the journey was over, there came another detour...
