I am sponsering my daughter who is 20 for a GC.Please help me on my I-864. I didnt know i had to include my husband on the i-864 and now that I have to my income doesnt meet the poverty line alone and in order for me to meet the poverty line my husband will have to file a i-864a but he hasnt filed his taxes but i filed 2007 2008 & 2009 online with him and printed out the 1040(tax returns) and i also have a letter of employement from his job. And together our income meets the poverty line. What do you guys think about this? Will my daughter be alright at her interview? PLEASE PLEASE someone tell me your opinion( her interview is in 3 weeks)
