I-485 Info Needed:Email Received.

I had applied for my spouse's GC a little while after i had filed my I-485. I received my GC last october and my wife's case is still pending, She had her FP's done already and they must have expired by now. I changed the address between, and also filed the AR11.

Yesterday i received an email, that the last notice in this case is returned undeliverable by the post office.....etc etc etc..

can anyone let me know what this could be ? I am so worried.
