I-485 in progress and CP not pursued - please answer

I have a questions regarding I485 DENIAL related to CP Issues.
I have initially applied I140 and later requested for CP amendment, and was approved.
I did recieve my PKT.3 from NVC. I changed my mind and did apply for I-485 in july 2000
and never pursued CP any furhter. Should I be concerned at this stage ? Should I call an IIO and talk to them about this, or keep mum at this point. I am really concerned. Can anyone throw any information related to this ?

Hi,
WOuld some one post a reply to this question, I am planning on calling IIO tomorrow morning. It would be of great help, if I have some other opinion than mine alone. I am wondering if I should divulge my CP issue or leave matters as they are....
