I 485, I 864 questions

next month, my priority date is becoming current. I have some questions,anyone can help?

1, if I will receive any notice to tell me what to do

2, what does this mean?

evidence of eligibility
A. based on an immigrant petition
attch a copy of the approval notice for an immigrant petition that makes a visa number immediately available to you, or submit a complete relative, special immigrant juvenile, or special immigrant military petition that, if approved, will make a visa number immediately available to you.
what is the evidence? does it mean I will receive a notice when my priority date becomes current? or other document?

3, I 864 fee is $88, do I need to write a check when I file I 485 and I 864?

4, can I make the medical examination before my priority date become current? I just choose the hospital from the list on USCIS website.

1. If you're inside the US planning to file I-485, you won't get a notice. You'll have to take the initiative to file I-485 and the related forms.

2. Your evidence of eligibility will be the I-130 approval notice (or receipt notice if not approved yet), along with the sponsoring family member's proof of citizenship or green card.

3. There is no I-864 fee when filed with an I-485.

4. Yes, you can take the medical up to 12 months before filing the I-485, even when your PD is not current.

thank you so much, I have more questions:

1, how about the form I -765 ? is there a fee? like $380

2, when I fill out I-485, there is a question like this: were you inspected by a US immigration officer. what should I choose? yes or no. what is inspection regarding? like the normal procedure going through custom, or get the inspection because you have a problem.

3, which form should I submit? I-864 or I-864EZ.
