I am preparing to apply for I-485/I-140. My wife is on H1-B in different state, my employee has agreed for me to work remotely mostly and work onsite whenever required.

My lawyer sent me paper work to fill for I-485/I-140. I still have appartment in my employer state till Aug 23. What address i should give, if my current address is different than the address on my labour will that be a problem.

Do we have to get medical exam in same state where our labour was filed?

Also i have got appointment for Medical Checkup on wednesday in the state my wife is residing.
Should i use this address for I-693. I dont want to cancel appointment that i got with lot of effort

Thanks in Advance

I believe you should maintain your LC state becaz this is where they actually authorized/certified the employment. That is, you are paying the local state/city taxes.
But of course, one you identified your home base, you can work around the nation to perform your tasks like every moden businessman.
