I am trying to aos while in us, i am married to a us citizen for 4 years, i am filling 485-130-765-864.

I hired a lawyer last week she told me with the application we do not need to submit lease which shows we live together, insurance papers shows our name together.

my question is do we need to submit any evidence and pictures for our marriage, or we show them when we go interview?

You take all your photo's, joint bills/insurances/bank accounts etc etc.. to the interview with you. the only things you submit with the application is the evidence's each form asks for. as in birth cetificates, tax stuff, its all in the instructions for each form.

You may consider submitting copies of all your supporting documents to show your joint living arrangements and joint finances such at joint bank accounts, joint lease/mortgage, joint credit cards, joint utility bills, etc with your application. This will show that you are indeed living together and that it is a "real" marriage. Then you can bring all the originals with you to the interview along with other evidence such as photos. That way they have a lot of the information already and it might make the interview go more smoothly. It's called "Evidence of a Bonifide Marriage"

Following that guide has helped a lot of people to file WITHOUT a lawyer and has been VERY successful.

The more you supply up front, the less chance there is of an RFE and your interview should be easier.
