Hello, I am married to a USC, currently living in the US, we are in the process of filing our I-485 and I-130. My question is do I need to summit copies of our joint bank account statements when I’m filing these forms?
Any help would be great, thanks

I assume your question is in context to the affidavit of support. You would normally submit bank statements when your income is less than 125% and you plan to use your assets/savings to meet the minumum income requirement. If your income alone qualifies, then all you need to submit with the I-864 are the federal tax returns for the most recent three years. Apart from that, the I-485 and I-130 do not require you to submit any such document.
