I 485 - how to check the status?

My attorney applied for me I 485 as for the DV 2003 winner. I am still in the process. Anybosy, need your help - how can I check the status of my application? I have my alien Number A797xxxxx. What else do I need to do so. Does anybody know how lonf does it take to the interview point?

is your number become current?

if your number is current, you can use the i-485 receipt number (ask your attorney or call INS office where you apply) to check your status.
