When I went to New york office, they told me the case in Texas Office, I called customer service many times no body told me where is my papers, also I sent complain to Congerss office they answer me they told me the my application in Texas Office and my case is pending. My case was in Nabreska then moved to texas then moved to New york city, now I am not sure where my application because the Office of new york said he sent the application into Texas but they never update the web site.
Please, if you can help me let me know what I can do.
