I-485 from Feb 2005 being processed ?

Interesting. I ran this query few weeks ago at www.immigratiowatch.com and 0% was returned. Today same query tells me that 23% of I-485 cases filed *on Feb 2005* have been processed. Let me know what's your interpretation. Those statistics worked for my I-140 so I hope they are somewhat accurate.

Based on the processing record of the same type of cases in this center, statistics analysis shows:
Percent of cases filed around your case's filing date which have been approved:
23.02%

On average(50-50), your case may be approved around:
05/02/06

If you are lucky(75-25), your case may be approved around:
09/27/05
 
Man this is great news. Anyone here can tell based on recent approved cases (www.immigrationwatch.com) whether those include EB3's ? If so, do you think people are getting notifications right now or perhaps notifications would be sent out on or after October 2005 ?

Well, Immigrationwatch is based on statistics so its beleivable.
But we shd not forget it is subjected to sevaral conditions
1.Avaliability of VISA numbers
2.Clearance of security check.
Even I was happy to see following statistics for oct 2004 filed cases !!!!

12/20/05
