My husband submitted the I-485 in December 2002 as a "follow-to-join" case about 7 months after I filed the primary I-485 application (EB2). We have different tracking numbers.
According to my lawyer, because I already had my FP done (Aug 2002) when my husband filed his I-485, our cases will not be evaluated/approved together. My case has just been approved on May 10 and my husband's status has remained the same since he had fingerprints taken in March 2003... I wonder if he will get an approval or a 2nd FP notice some time soon??
I'd really appreciate if anybody could share their experiences or opinions here.
