I-485 for derivative spouse - I140 receipt is needed?

We sent I-485 application to CSC for my husband as a derivative spouse (my EBGC I-485 has been filed in August).

We have received our application with the note, saying that approval notice of I-140 petition is missing.

Are they asking for my I-140 petition? It was not mentioned in the instructions and attorneys we talked to did not mention it as well...

Or should we send it to a different office?

Please help..
 
As per my atternoy. Yes Both your I-140 and I-485 recipt are required.

Did you apply yourself or through attorney?
 
You need to attach a copy (not the original) of your I140 approval notice (and a copy of your 485 rect if his application was not sent with your primary application)
