I-485 for Derivative Asylee

Hi

I was granted asylee in Feb 2005 and my wife was granted derivative asylee status in Feb 2007. I applied I-485 for GC in July 2006 and waiting.

My question is when can my wife apply I-485 for GC?

Can she apply I-485 now (before Feb 2008) as a dependent or she need to wait till Feb 2008 ( one year after derivative asylee granted) and apply for herself?

Please advice me.

She has to apply 1 year after her derivative asylum was granted to her (Feb 2008). She has to be physically present in the U.S. with the derivative status.
