Hi people,
My grandma is Cuban. She came here in October 2009 with a B2 visa for some months. But know she decided to stay here.As I can see, she can ask for the GC when she has a year in the USA. Her I-94 expires in April 2010, so after April 2010 she becomes an illegal inmigrant. What I have to do? I have to wait till October 2010 when she has a year here, or I have to do something before I-94 expires. Somebody can say me something? Thanx.I.
