I 485 Fingerprints filed under I-140 A Number

My wife and I completed fingerprinting in May and both fingerprints were cleared as per FBI status line on May 28th. My wife's AVM recorded that fingerprinting has been received but mine did not update. When I called IIO, I was told that they do not have a record of receiving my fingerprints. IIO asked me to go back to ASC and ask them to resend the fingerprints. Officer at ASC confirmed that fingerprints have been sent. Then I called IIO at TSC again and finally they were able to identify the problem. MY fingerprints were filed under my I-140 A number. (my wife did not have to file I-140, so her fingerprinting was filed under the right A #). A # on my I-485 is different and therefore my I-485 case did not show any records of fingerprinting. IIO explained that it is filing error and they will fix it. But AVM message still did not update after two days I talked to IIO.

Has anyone experienced this? Please share your thoughts.
