Hi Im a us citizen applying gc for my parents I130 and I 485 form together first time.They are here withme USA,I have a question about I485 part2 filling,Do I have to tick (a) or (b)?

AlsoMy mother last name has been changed about 37 years ago.I dont have any documents for that.Do I have to show proof for name change?

Her name changed based on marriage? The marriage certificate is proof of that.
