Folks,
In the notice of my I-140 EA approval letter from TSC, it has been stated that "a copy of notice should be submitted with the I-485 application to this Service Center." Does this mean that my I-485 filling location is TSC? I know that in I-485 application form, it has been clearly indicated that this form should be filled in NSC. So which way should I go?
Personally I prefer to apply for TSC, but I am not sure if this cause any delay in my processing.
