I-485 filing with 2 pending I-140s

Thanks for the info JK,

Just wanted to know if someone else has tried doing the same, I mean applied for 485 with copies of two different I-140s ( EB1-EA & EB2-NIW) and it worked. In this case which case number do I need to fill in the column asking for approved I-140 application number?

Secondly which center should I file my I-485 in since both my I-140 are from different centers ( TSC & NSC).

No problem, although please remember that there may be alternative opinions out there, so if in doubt about anything, verify.

For your first question: Definitely use the I-140 with the earlier PD.

Second: In this case just go by their directions and file to NSC. They will transfer it if need be.
