I-485 filing: POE question ?

Just checked the paperwork my company had
submitted and found out that they still
listed the last POE as SFO entry date Oct 2000.
But they have attached my passport photocopy
that has a stamp from canadian immigration
dated May 2001, however since that subsequent entry I did not receive a I-94, the last
date of entry in the US is still Oct 2000. ?

what do I do ?

Travelling to countries in North America (Canada and Mexico) while on a visa (H1, F1, etc) and coming back to the US in less than 30 days does NOT require a new I-94 as along as the I-94 was not surrended when crossing over to Canada or Mexico from the US. A valid visa is not required to re-enter the US.

In your case, along as your returned to the US within 30 days, you are fine with the old i-94.

I have read that traveling to Canada and Mexico while on AOS, requires AP to return into the US.

I just checked my credit card statements for that month
and I can see entries for only 1 day in canada and then
I can show the enteries in the USA. proving that I did
enter the USA back in 30 days.
I have not travelled since filing 485 and now I do have
AP, so the next time I will be careful.
