i-485 filing for spouse: does she has to wait 60 days to file

My friend filed his i-485 2-3 months back and he got married and came with his wife last week. Now everybody saying that she has to wait for 60 days to file i-485. is it true?? but one attorney told us She can go forward and file. pls provide information.

60 days. Why 60 day? She should wait for 933 days 23 Hr 11 Min to file.

I don\'t understand, why people don\'t believe their lawyer, and ask every tom and Jerry. She can file right away. There is no law, that she needs to wait for certain period. Each min she waits is waste of time.

My Friend had file for spouse within 15 days.

all this days were togather documents, Medical etc. So practically 0 days delay. Why other lawyer is suggesting to wait. Any rational.
