I-485 filing error - suggest

I made a mistake in I-485 filing for my wife and kid. I did not attach I-134 form.

Can I send as an addendum once I receive the receipt no.? Please suggest.

Yes u can do that or u can wait until USCIS issues a RFE and then u can submit them

The best way is to wait until RFE so that they won't misplace ur I-134 incase u send it now

If I wait for RFE, I am thinking that I might lose time. From your mail, it appears that addendum could be misplcaed. Looks like it is going to be a big mistake on my part.
