I-485 filing - 2 Questions - Please answer.

Requst you all to answer this two questions.

1. 7th year extension expired on May 15 this year, have submitted receipt notices of Visa extension for me and my wife. Would that work ?

2. Have submitted last 3 years W2s. Would it be ok ?

Yes why not? You can have both 485 an H1b. I have both currently.

2. Have submitted last 3 years W2s. Would it be ok ?
Yes but there are many other doc other than this.

Thank you for your reply. I have submitted - Passport copies, Birth Cert, Marriage Certi (I-693), All 797, Photos(2" X 2") , Photo IDs, G-325As, I-94, Bank letter and latest pay stub.

I have question on W2 - I've submitted last 3 years W2 and my friend have submitted all W2 since he came in US.

Request you all to respond so we can make it clear and be prepared accodingly.
