FP valid for 15 months only
Some of you guys may be in little trouble. Please call TSC and say that you may have to get the FP done again, hence please act fast. If it has to be again, ask for scheduling of another FP.
Please note, if some of you have done FP for 12 months or more and and also have not got an RFE from INS, Please call them and let them of the delay. Also talk to them to get/ schedule for another FP. I am sure you are going to need it.

Hi, I think the FP is valid for 18months and Medical testing for one year. Also, not everybody gets a RFE. I was told the file is with an officer. My lawyer specifically told not to call unnecessarily for FP if one is already done and has not expired. May01, please note the above.

It's 15 months for FP (http://www.usvisanews.com/faq-greencard.html#greencard-g) and no expiration for medical.
