I-485 filed with EAD

My 485 is on process, I got my EAD, it has passed already 180 days, my project wil be ending soon, by November 2003, Can I file am Unemployment if ever I can't find job immediately? And is my I-485 got affected?
 
There are 2 interpretations in this.

UR GC is employment based.Dont screw up ur GC by claiming E benefits. By claiming emp benefits u are admitting that u do not have a job.

the other intrepretaion is that emp benefits are insurance paid by u/ur employer.This is not form govt. pocket.so claim it.

My advice not to claim it.Get a new job.U will need a new job to attend to any query on 485.,
