I-485 filed w/o I-300 did I make a mistake?

Hello..I just filed an I-485 for the 20-year-old son of Guatemalan immigrants. However, I now realize I should've filed the I-130 (petition for relative, on behalf of father for son) concurrently as he is a second preference applicant (granted derivative asylum with parents who are permanent residents). I also filed the I-765 concurrently, renewal for work authorization.

I didn't do this; I just mailed all the documents a little over a week ago, with the $1080 fee. I also didn't include a birth certificate or declaration as he doesn't have one, he was born in Mexico and at home and they didn't register his birth. I may have erred there. I'm not an immigration lawyer.

Can anyone here tell me what will happen and what I should or can do?
