I filed my 1-485 in feb\'2002
Has anyone else filed their I-485 in Feb? any idea how much time EAD,AP and FP are taking.

Filed on 02/11/2002 and got the recipt numbers yesterday.

Hope yours will come in day or two.

I-485 Re-Filling after knowing wrongly answered ..???

Hi All ,
I have filled my I485 a year back with wrongly answering NO to
"Have u ever arrested ...." . Its a DUI . Never got finger printed.

Now I have re-filled my I-485 again with answering YES and with necessary docuemnts.
One other problem is I didn\'t disclose the DUI at my visa revalidation I did a year back because I thought this freeking DUI is just a traffic violation (I know I was so stupid..)

The one thing is within 20 days me and my wife got our EADs..Thou still I hold a year valid visa ..

Now is this gonna cost me anything on my new I-485 approval... ???

I understand that I can always explain at the time of interview that I misunderstood as traffic violation . But does that help ...???

Does being a Parent of a US Child means anything on our I485 ?

I have a daughter born in US . Does this mean anything on I-485 ..
Will INS think consider this at all ..??

If this true .. then I can\'t think of all the Millions of Mexican kids born in US every year ...

My 485 application was mailed on 2/12 (VSC). I still waiting for a receipt.
