I-485 filed & Incorrect expiry date in I-94

1. I-94 issued at the port of entry has expiry date from the previous
   employer although working for new employer with latest I-94.

2. Subsequently got visa revalidated with new employer H1.

3. Filed for I-485 with I-94 issued at POE and I-94 from new H1.
   Will there be any problem with incorrect dates.

As far as I know the latest I-94 is the one which is valid. If you got H1 for new employer before your latest I-94 (that\'s what I thought the current case is based on explanation provided), then there is a problem.

Getting Visa revalidted is not going to make any difference w.r.t. I-94. Either going to local INS or going out of country once you need to get a new I-94 with later date. If you wish to continue working on H1 talk to your attorney before your I-94 expires. Note that you need EAD otherwise.
