I-485 EVL: Similar job classification

Hi all:
I got REF on Employment Verfication for I-485. I changed my job a year ago due to layoff. I am struggling in writing a letter to take advantage of AC21 since my labor cert was approved for 1 year healthcare and 1 year IT working experience with BS in computer science to develop healthcare related software using Java, C etc. My current position, however, requires 2 year IT working experience plus BS in computer science to develop web-based program using EJB, XML etc. Are these 2 positions similar in Job classification.

This requires some spin to make it 'sound' similar. The language and emphasis is critical which is best handled by people who do it everday for a living - attorneys.

I would strongly advice that you get a good attorney to reply to this. Do not take the chance of a screw-up at this advanced stage.
