My Labor has been approved based on "Associate Engineer", I-140 approved while I got promoted to "Engineer II". Meanwhile, I got another promotion to "Senior Engineer" and now I'm about to apply for I-485, just wondering if it will initiate a problem since my Labor is based on "Associate Engineer"?
Do I need any Employment Letter stating my current position while I apply for I-485?
Any insight would be really appreciated.
