An applicant has to submit an employment letter stating what the salary will be paid with 485 filing. Can you please let me know the salary that is mentioned in this employment letter has to match with the salary that is mentioned on the approved LC? Basically what the employment letter salary has to do with the approved LC salary? I would appreciate your replies. Thanks

Salary, Job Title and Job Description must matched with approved labor if you are using AC21. There are some sample letter are in the forum you can use that one. If salary is different between your salary mentioned and current salary consult your attorney. If one or two thousand dollars it is ok. My salary is different from salary mentioned in the labor. My attorney said it is ok if is some small difference. good luck.

Not quite right. With AC21, the salary has less significance. Its the job duties and then the job title that matters most. A same or similar salary would definitely be helpful though.

It all depends on how smart you interpret the law and explain that in your letter.
