I-485 email response eb3 ?

Did any of you who is on eb3 send an email to the I-485 email id after July 1st ? What response did you get ?

Did you get a response saying that your name check is pending ?
or
Did they say that numbers are not available ?

I got the following response to my email query on 08/24/05.

"this is on hold awaiting visa availability"

Mine is an EB3 and I got the response to my query within 3 days of sending the email.

BadeMiyan,

Can you please post EMail address where you sent a request if your case is ready to be processed? Also does this EMail address works for all service centers? I am from slowest NSC.

Looking at the response time from FBI (7-8 months lately), if my email triggers the NAME CHECK that is even worst. I hope they are already processing MAR - MAY Name Checks because I have seen approvals for people who applied in MAR where as for emails they are getting repsonse from the month of JAN - FEB. This way looks like your name check may be cleared before they get to your email.
 
I sent an email asking for 485 status to UCSIS today, and got a reply
in one hour. was this reply geneated by machine automatically?

reply said waiting for name check.

Is your 140 approved or both on hold for visa availablilty

are you in eb3 ? Did you get ur I-140 cleared ?

(my I-140 is cleared. I got the email reply in 2 hrs no visas are available)
