I-485 EB3: Are they processing all case's on priority date ?

Dear forum,

I have question.

My date's are

Finger printing done : April 12th 2005
I-485 DEC 9th 2004(pending) EB3 (LUD 13th april 2005)(Vermont)
I-140 EAD,AP March 24th 2005 (approved)
Labor priority date Feb. 11th 2003

My I485 date's are getting updated since 15 days, but according priority date rule, they are not suppose to work on my case, is this change in LUD means, they are working on my case ? is there any possibility that they will approve my case before my priority date ?

Maybe they're just updating the FP and name-check information, or they're probably working on other aspects of your case, like checking information etc. However, I doubt your case would be approved before your priority date becomes current.

I myself had one LUD change the day after my FP (even though my PD wasn't current), where they probably updated my FP information - that it had been received. Other people have had quite a few LUD changes. One person had an LUD change every business day for 2 monthshttp://immigrationportal.com/showthread.php?t=162928 .
