Is C09 the correct category for EAD for Employment Based I-485? Thanks.

but the problem is I applied EAD last 3 times to NSC and received receipt number starts with LIN but this 4th time EAD renewal receipt notice I got MSC number and also approved by MSC.

I thought MSC is handled by Missuori Service Center (MSC) handling family category application, I called USCIS and my attroney but of no use, no proper response from them. Any idea, how to handle this problem? Thanks.
